Information you give us. We collect the information you choose to provide, including:
- Your email address when you request a free resource, such as The Eating Out Playbook
- Your name, contact information, and answers to questions when you apply for coaching or complete an intake form, which may include information about your goals, lifestyle, health history, eating habits, and activity
- Information you share during coaching, such as food logs, check-ins, measurements, progress photos, and messages
- Payment information when you enroll, which is collected and processed directly by our payment processor

Service providers we use

- Kit for our email list and delivery of free resources
- Google Forms for coaching applications
- Everfit for coaching, check-ins, tracking, and messaging
- Stripe for payment processing
- Lovable for website hosting
These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies and security practices. We may update the providers we use from time to time.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of Journey, our clients, or others, or in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of our business.
Health-related information
Coaching may involve information about your health, body measurements, eating habits, and activity. We use this information only to provide and improve your coaching. Journey is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA-covered entity, so please do not use our coaching communications in place of secure communication with your licensed healthcare providers.
We will not use your name, photos, testimonial, or results in our marketing without your separate written permission.
Emails from us
If you request a free resource, you will be added to our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Coaching clients may still receive emails related to their program after unsubscribing from marketing emails.

The Site and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
